20four7VA seeks a Product Catalog Specialist to manage product descriptions, specifications, and catalog data. You will format information for websites and marketplaces, update pricing and inventory, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Graphics to gather product details.

The role requires Excel proficiency, strong English writing and proofreading skills, and attention to data accuracy while supporting social media tasks. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CST.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce, product catalog management, or sales support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written English and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM CST

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain product descriptions, specifications, and catalog data.
• Format and organize product information for websites and marketplace listings.
• Update pricing, inventory status, and promotional information.
• Coordinate product photography and manage digital assets.
• Perform routine website and catalog audits to identify broken links or outdated content.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Graphics departments to gather product information.
• Assist with basic social media monitoring and posting.
