Qualifications

• Recognized teaching qualification (BA; MA; B.Ed).
• Degree in Sociology & Bachelor of Education is mandatory.
• 2 years teaching experience in the subject and strong subject knowledge.
• Effective classroom management and communication skills.
• Experience with CBSE Curriculum.
• Proficient with digital tools and educational technologies for instruction and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and school standards.
• Teach core subjects using differentiated instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
• Use digital tools and technology to enhance learning experiences.
• Apply critical thinking, inquiry-based learning and problem-solving in daily instruction.
• Create a supportive, inclusive learning environment fostering independence and curiosity.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and prepare progress reports.
• Establish classroom routines and uphold high behavior and academic expectations.
• Manage classroom safety, engagement, respect, and positive learning behaviour.
• Comply with school policies on discipline, safeguarding and student welfare.
• Build relationships with students and support their social–emotional well-being.
• Participate in extracurricular activities, field trips, and school events.
