New Century Education in the United Arab Emirates seeks teachers for Cycle 2-3 or Secondary School. Preference is for immediate joiners and candidates with a valid IELTS 7. Experienced educators will be prioritized for Academic Year 2026.

The role involves designing engaging lessons, coordinating with colleagues, and reporting student progress while fostering an inviting learning environment and academic achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (QFE Level 7) in Computing, Information Technology or related field, UAE-equivalency certified.
• A recognized teaching qualification such as a Teaching Diploma, PGCE, QTS, or equivalent licensure.

Responsabilités

• Develop lesson plans that meet learning standards and grade-specific goals.
• Coordinate lesson plans with other teachers to reinforce topics across subjects.
• Provide direct and indirect instruction and manage classroom.
• Prepare quarterly progress reports for parents.
• Support ADEK National Identity initiative and inclusivity in lessons.
• Advise students and oversee advisory groups.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Principal.
