Job summary

Abroad Work in Umm-al-Qaiwain is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion, developing plans, coordinating teams and ensuring deliverables on time and within budget.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Management, 3+ years of project leadership, excellent organizational and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and experience with Basecamp or Asana; English required, Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing projects within a business environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience utilizing project management tools such as Basecamp or Asana.
• Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans outlining goals, strategies, timelines and resources needed to achieve project objectives.
• Assemble team members and assign individual responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documents including status reports, risk assessments and change requests.
• Evaluate performance of team members by providing feedback regarding areas of strength as well as areas for improvement.
