Job summary

Work in USA is seeking a dynamic Merchandiser to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate will understand sales, marketing, retail, and customer service principles, and be organized, proactive with excellent communication skills. Salary: 1000 AED per month (negotiable by experience).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a merchandiser or in another similar role is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrable knowledge of retail marketing principles, merchandising techniques, product selection strategies, inventory management, etc.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and suppliers to identify opportunities for increased sales.
• Assist in the development of promotional campaigns to increase sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary.
• Analyze customer trends to maximize sales potential.
• Negotiate prices with vendors to ensure competitive prices for products.
• Ensure shelves are stocked properly with merchandise according to plans and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times by responding promptly to inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to merchandise purchases and sales.
