Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field from an accredited university/college.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials reflecting curriculum standards.
• Prepare course objectives and outlines for courses of study.
• Instruct students using lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and group activities.
• Assign tasks to students to develop skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate student performance through tests and assessments.
• Maintain accurate student records such as attendance and grades.
• Participate in faculty meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.
• Participate in extracurricular activities such as clubs or student organizations.
