Job summary

PPOAR in Abu Dhabi, UAE invites applications for a dedicated Teacher. The role involves creating lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and guiding students toward strong learning outcomes in line with curriculum standards.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Education (Master’s preferred), a valid teaching certificate, and demonstrable ability to foster a positive learning environment for learners of all ages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Valid teaching certificate/license or equivalent experience
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment for students of all ages
• Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in instruction and assessment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using computers for teaching purposes

Responsibilities

• Developing lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
• Assessing student progress and providing feedback and guidance
• Establishing learning objectives and setting appropriate expectations
• Differentiating instruction to accommodate individual learning styles
• Maintaining classroom discipline while monitoring student behavior
• Facilitating group activities and discussions
• Keeping up to date with current teaching methods and pedagogical best practices
• Utilizing technology to enhance instruction
• Collaborating with other teachers, administrators, counselors, parents, and other stakeholders in the educational community
