Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education/Teaching or related field.
• 2+ years of teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Knowledge of educational technology and ability to use it effectively in the classroom setting.
• Ability to assess student learning and modify instruction accordingly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers & staff members.

Responsibilities

• Developing coursework that is aligned with the school curriculum
• Creating lesson plans that are engaging, creative and relevant
• Assessing student learning through tests, quizzes, assignments and other forms of evaluation
• Maintaining accurate records of student performance
• Establishing positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
