Step by Step Nursery, located in Mirdif, Dubai, is seeking a qualified and passionate Early Years Teacher to provide high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing, safe and stimulating learning environment. Both native and non-native English speakers are encouraged to apply.

You will support young learners’ social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in line with early years best practices and international standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to observe, assess, and document children's progress.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate early years learning activities.
• Create a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children’s holistic development through play-based learning.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with KHDA regulations and safeguarding standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and training.
• Maintain accurate child records and learning portfolios.
