Hone in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a creative Content Creator to develop engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. You will turn campaigns and brand messages into compelling formats for multiple platforms.

You will plan from concept to completion, write scripts, shoot or coordinate video production, and ensure all materials meet brand standards. Collaboration with marketing and design teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Digital Media, Design, or related field.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to develop original content ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write engaging captions, scripts, articles, promotional copy, and social media content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
• Familiarity with short-form video content, reels, stories, and other social-first formats.
• Familiarity with video editing and creative software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Good visual judgment with an understanding of composition, typography, layout, and branding.
• Ability to adapt content for different audiences, platforms, and communication objectives.
• Strong awareness of social media trends and changing content formats.
• Ability to research topics and turn information into clear and engaging content.
• Strong organizational skills for managing content calendars, deadlines, campaigns, and multiple creative projects.
• Attention to detail when reviewing written and visual materials before publication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, design, communications, and other internal teams.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and refining content based on creative or business requirements.
• Understanding of basic content performance metrics, audience engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion indicators.
• Ability to use analytics and audience insights to improve content strategy and creative decisions.
• Strong sense of brand voice and consistency across different communication channels.
• Creative, proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently while maintaining high-quality output.
