Job summary

A leading global hospitality company is seeking a Duty Manager to enhance guest experiences by managing operations and leading the team. Candidates should have supervisory experience in front office roles, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for guest service. This position will involve engaging with guests, handling complaints, and ensuring high standards of service throughout the hotel.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail sector.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety and security procedures.
  • Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in increasing profitability.
  • Experience in managing budgets and forecasting results.

Responsibilities

  • Occupy the hotel lobby and engage guests in conversation.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints promptly.
  • Meet and greet VIP guests upon arrival.
  • Implement actions to improve guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct Health and Safety procedures as required.
