Job Requirements For Facility/Operations Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 3 to 5 years of relevant UAE Facilities Management experience, specializing in MEP operations and services.
• Candidates must hold a valid UAE manual driving license.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with proven stakeholder and client engagement.
• Familiar with UAE health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements For Swimming Pool/Water Features Engineer (Maintenance):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience in swimming pool and aquatic systems.
• Expertise in operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of pools, saunas, jacuzzis, plunge pools, and fountains, including pumps, filtration, UV, ozone, and dosing systems.
• Candidates must hold a valid UAE manual driving license.
• Strong knowledge of chlorine/pH testing and control procedures.
• Experienced in supervising pool cleaners, technicians, and contractors across UAE projects.
• Conduct periodic inspections and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, in-house teams, and suppliers.
• Ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed and closed in CAFM on time.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure timely procurement of consumables.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on approvals, and ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements For Pool Maintenance Technician:

• ITI or Diploma holder with 3 to 5 years of experience in swimming pool and aquatic system maintenance.
• Skilled in operation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems for pools, saunas, jacuzzis, plunge pools, and fountains.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement timely corrective actions.
• Execute PPM and reactive maintenance tasks as per schedule.
• Raise material requests and work orders in CAFM.
• Support engineers in technical tasks and contractor coordination.

Job Requirements For Civil Technician (Painter/Carpenter/Mason):

• ITI Certification or Diploma in a relevant trade.
• Candidates must hold a valid UAE manual driving license.
• Candidates with 2 to 3 years of GCC Facilities Management experience.
