Job summary

Reap HR Consultancy in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Dumper Driver for immediate placement. The role requires UAE experience with ADNOC and CICPA site exposure, and a valid UAE heavy vehicle license to operate dumper trucks on diverse construction sites.

The candidate will transport materials such as soil, sand, and gravel, perform pre-start checks, and follow site safety procedures to ensure safe, efficient operations on demanding projects.

Qualifications

• ADNOC & CICPA experience is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Dumper Driving experience.
• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dumper trucks at construction, industrial, and project sites.
• Transport and discharge materials as instructed by the supervisor.
• Perform daily pre-start checks and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Follow ADNOC & CICPA safety standards and site procedures.
• Maintain proper care and responsible use of the vehicle.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other equipment operators.
