Job summary

Apt Resources is assisting a leading Dubai hospitality group in hiring a seasoned Restaurant Supervisor. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, train staff, ensure cleanliness and safety, and collaborate with the Head Chef on menus and promotions.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar setting and strong customer service and leadership skills. Salary is AED 3,500–4,700 monthly plus food, accommodation, health insurance and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of European cuisine and trends in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring staff perform duties efficiently.
• Train, motivate, and supervise servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
• Monitor cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and Restaurant Manager on menus, specials, and promotions.
• Manage inventory and orders to keep stock adequate at all times.
