Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in design, construction, and supervision of water and sewerage infrastructure.
• Previous experience on DM projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s existing infrastructure networks and local authority standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, construction, and supervision of water pipelines, sewers, and pumping stations.
• Plan and execute projects involving manholes and connection chambers.
• Implement non‑disruptive road crossings using HDD and micro‑tunneling techniques.
• Develop infrastructure designs and secure authority approvals.
• Manage emergency works and rapid response projects.
• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality and utility authorities.
• Engage with public stakeholders and provide communication.
