Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination or project management support roles, preferably in urbanism, planning, or real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and development processes.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret planning documents, feasibility studies, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in coordinating all pre-contract phase activities, including feasibility studies, site analysis, and preliminary planning assessments
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and compliance checklists
• Analyze urban planning requirements and zoning regulations to ensure project alignment with local and emirate-level guidelines
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, consultants, and government authorities to facilitate smooth project progression
• Support the development of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans for pre-contract deliverables
• Organize and track vendor and consultant submissions, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Conduct research on market conditions, comparable projects, and planning precedents to inform project strategy
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases for project records, contracts, and correspondence
• Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for client meetings and stakeholder reviews
• Monitor project milestones and flag potential risks or delays to senior management
• Support contract preparation activities by gathering required documentation and coordinating with legal and procurement teams
