Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in System Engineering, DevOps, or Technical Project Management.
• Strong technical background in Windows Server, PowerShell, SQL, GIT, and API integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of UAE customers, ensuring high service continuity, stability, and satisfaction.
• Oversee incidents, change requests, and maintenance activities in line with SLAs.
• Lead deployment and configuration of Techwan / Everbridge applications in on‑prem environments.
• Collaborate with international teams in France, Italy, Hungary, and Switzerland.
