Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in System Engineering, DevOps or Technical Project Management.
• Strong technical background in Windows Server, PowerShell, SQL, GIT and API integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of UAE customers, ensuring high service continuity.
• Oversee incidents, change requests, and maintenance activities.
• Plan and deliver system upgrades and enhancements.
• Lead deployment and configuration of applications in on-prem environments.
• Troubleshoot, test and integrate third-party systems and APIs.
