Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical discipline.
• Recent graduate with up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear interest in financial markets and trading.
• Proactive, resilient and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments.
• Exposure to programming or data analysis tools (Python, R, C++, or similar) is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily trading activity, including trade capture and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with operations and support functions on desk-level and broader initiatives.
• Assist with execution of exchange-traded and OTC transactions.
• Work alongside traders on research, analysis, and development of trading ideas.
• Contribute to internal market commentary and analytical reporting.
• Evaluate potential opportunities across new products and strategies.
