• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for all departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Ensure the use of best practices, data analytics, and recruitment technologies.
• Establish recruitment KPIs and monitor performance metrics.
