Job summary

Azizi Development UAE is seeking an experienced Structural Design Manager to lead a team of engineers and draftsmen in delivering high-quality real estate projects across Dubai, including the landmark Azizi Venice development. You will oversee all structural engineering aspects and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate must possess a relevant degree and at least 10 years of experience in the UAE or GCC. A competitive salary alongside opportunities to work on signature projects is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong command of ACI, BS, or Eurocodes and local standards.
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects under strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor structural design teams to achieve project goals.
• Perform structural analysis and design calculations as per international codes.
• Review and approve technical drawings, reports, and submittals.
• Coordinate across disciplines to integrate structural, architectural, and MEP designs.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory bodies.
• Support tender evaluations and provide technical input for ongoing projects.
• Monitor design timelines, quality, and budgets.
