Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop creative, brand-aligned posts, visuals, and campaigns.
• Effective Communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with project teams, management, and external partners.
• Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Knowledge of the construction or contracting industry in the UAE is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is beneficial.
