Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content, or communications.
• Strong writing, proofreading, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools is an advantage.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Assistant: Support daily social media activities, content publishing, community engagement, and digital marketing tasks.
• Social Media Coordinator: Coordinate content calendars, campaigns, creative assets, approvals, and platform activities.
• Create and schedule posts, captions, stories, reels, and other short-form content.
• Manage comments, messages, mentions, and basic community interactions professionally.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, marketing teams, and external partners.
• Research social media trends, competitors, hashtags, and audience interests.
• Assist with organic and paid social media campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Monitor engagement, reach, traffic, and other key social media performance metrics.
• Prepare regular social media reports and recommend content improvements.
• Maintain organized content libraries, brand assets, publishing schedules, and campaign records.
• Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines and communication standards.
