Job summary

Jeetaraa Properties in Dubai is seeking a part-time Social Media/Content & Marketing Manager (freelance) to lead the growth of our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook presence. You will own a posting calendar, grow followers and engagement, and turn social activity into leads while capturing original photo and video content across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

You should live in Dubai, have a vehicle or reliable transport, own an iPhone 14 or newer, and be comfortable filming vertical video and reviewing

Qualifications

Must currently live in Dubai.
Must have reliable transportation; vehicle preferred.
Must own an iPhone 14 or newer (iPhone 15 Pro / Pro Max preferred).
Ability to shoot high-quality vertical video content and film in public spaces.
Some experience managing or growing a social media account — for a brand, a business, or a significant personal following.
Comfortable reviewing basic analytics (Instagram/Tik Tok insights) and adjusting content based on performance.
Available 10–12 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Own and manage Jeetaraa Properties' social media accounts (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook) with planning and maintaining a posting calendar.
Track follower growth, engagement, and key metrics, and adjust strategy based on performance.
Plan content series and campaigns around new project launches and promotions.
Respond to comments and DMs and actively engage with the audience to build community.
Coordinate with the Director of Sales & Marketing on messaging priorities and content needs for paid campaigns.
Stay informed about new projects and developments in the UAE real estate market.
Capture high-quality photo and video content across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Visit communities, developments, showrooms, and lifestyle destinations.
Film cinematic B-roll footage for social media reels and advertisements.
