Job summary

eData Information Management is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI & LLMs to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions in Dubai, UAE. You will work on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Document AI, and OCR across structured and unstructured data, delivering REST APIs and microservices.

The role involves MLOps, AI governance, and cloud and on-premise deployments with collaboration across business, product, and technology leadership to expand enterprise AI

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and Python.
• Proven experience developing production AI/ML solutions.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning and predictive analytics.
• Production experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents.
• Experience with Document AI and OCR.
• Strong data analytics and machine learning modelling capabilities.
• Experience working with SQL and data pipelines.
• Experience handling structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of MLOps, AI monitoring, explainability, and AI governance.
• Experience with cloud and on-premise deployments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python.
• Build production-grade solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Develop Document AI and OCR solutions for unstructured documents.
• Build machine learning models for classification, anomaly detection, risk scoring, and predictive analytics.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop and maintain SQL-based data solutions and data pipelines.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices for AI/ML applications.
• Deploy AI/ML solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI and machine learning applications.
• Support cloud and on-premise AI/ML deployments.
• Implement MLOps practices, monitoring, explainability, and AI governance.
• Take AI solutions from proof of concept through production deployment.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology leadership.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of enterprise AI capabilities across the GCC.
