Job summary
Azizi Development UAE is looking for a Senior Concept Architect to lead the creation of innovative architectural concepts in Dubai. This role entails shaping design vision across various residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects while mentoring junior architects.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, with at least eight years of experience, including five in the UAE. You'll work in a collaborative design environment, contributing to landmark developments shaping Dubai's skyline.
Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of total professional experience, with at least five years in the UAE.
- Strong experience in residential developments, with exposure to hospitality, retail or mixed-use projects.
- Advanced proficiency in design and visualization tools including AutoCAD, Revit, and strong expertise in Revit BIM.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design phase and translate client requirements into architectural concepts.
- Develop feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design direction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive concept development.
