Real Estate Sales Manager (South East Asian Property)

Reports to: Sales Director

Job Summary

Our client a master Real‑Estate developer based in South East Asia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to build lead and inspire a sales team in their newly formed Dubai offices.

This role is designed for a strategic and results-oriented leader with a distinguished track record in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to drive sales strategy mentor a high-performing team and cultivate key relationships with major investors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor and lead a team of Real Estate Sales Executives fostering a culture of high performance collaboration and continuous improvement. Set clear sales targets and KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the GCC region to achieve ambitious sales targets. Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing providing guidance and support to the team at every stage.
  • High-Level Networking & Client Relations: Personally manage and cultivate relationships with key high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, institutional and channel partners. Act as the senior representative of the company in high-stakes negotiations.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Develop and maintain an expert-level understanding of both the Dubai/GCC investment landscape and the Develops property market. Utilize market intelligence to refine sales strategies, identify new opportunities and position the projects effectively.
  • Business Development: Spearhead business development initiatives including establishing strategic partnerships with wealth management firms, investment advisors and other relevant entities to expand the client base.
  • Event & Brand Leadership: Direct the company's participation in industry events, seminars and property roadshows. Act as a key spokesperson to enhance brand visibility and credibility within the Dubai investment community.
  • Performance Reporting & Forecasting: Oversee the use of the CRM system to ensure data integrity. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and performance reports to the Sales Director and senior leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of proven and successful real estate experience within the Dubai market with at least 3-5 years in a sales management or team leadership role.
  • A strong demonstrable and existing personal and professional network of investors, HNWIs and key financial intermediaries in Dubai and the wider GCC region.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching and team-building skills with a track record of driving a sales team to exceed targets.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills with proven ability to engage and build trust with sophisticated high-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Fluency in Arabic languages. (Preferred)
  • Experience in international property sales would be a distinct advantage. (Preferred)
