Job summary

Workato in Dubai is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to manage product displays, optimize store visibility, and drive sales targets. The role requires coordinating with store teams and vendors to implement promotions and ensure stock accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Marketing and at least 3 years of merchandising experience, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Retail Management/Marketing or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in merchandising or retail management with proven track record.
• Knowledge of inventory control, pricing strategies, and retail operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the display of products in store locations to ensure maximum visibility and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves are adequately stocked with merchandise.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and forecast future sales figures.
• Prepare reports on product performance and make recommendations on how to increase product sales.
• Communicate with vendors regarding new product arrivals, promotional activities, discounts, etc.
• Work closely with store management to ensure all promotional activities are properly executed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
