Job summary

Workato in Dubai is seeking a Merchandiser to boost product visibility, manage store displays and stock levels, and provide excellent customer service. You will collaborate with store owners to negotiate product placement and gather market insights.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, identifying growth opportunities through market research, and staying ahead of seasonal launches to promote the right products at the right time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing/sales/retail/merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with store owners/managers.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee display and stock levels in stores to boost visibility.
• Negotiate product placement deals with store owners.
• Monitor inventory and ensure product availability.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Track seasonal trends and upcoming launches to promote right products.
