Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with store staff.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Visiting retail stores to ensure product displays are visually appealing and meet company standards.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies for product promotion.
• Building strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure cooperation and support for merchandising efforts.
• Keeping track of inventory levels and communicating with the sales team about restocking needs.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product placement.
• Maintaining accurate records of product performance and sales data.
• Providing feedback on customer preferences and reactions to products.
