Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• 15+ years' experience in retail asset or mall management, or commercial real estate.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of operational, commercial and financial performance for a portfolio of retail assets.
• Manage asset-level P&L, budgeting, forecasting, Capex planning, and Opex optimization.
• Develop asset management strategies to maximize revenue and long-term value.
• Monitor tenant trading performance and optimize tenant mix with leasing teams.
• Drive footfall, customer engagement, and sales growth with retailers and marketing.
• Oversee facilities, security, cleaning, waste management, and health & safety.
• Produce regular asset management reports on performance and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with development teams on asset enhancements and capital projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and best-in-class experiences.
