Job Description:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
  • Lead and manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor inventory, costs, and compliance, ensuring timely supply orders and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Uphold brand standards while driving guest satisfaction, handling feedback, and supporting marketing initiatives and promotions

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Male, Syrian and Lebanese nationals , aged 40 years and below
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Proficient in POS systems, inventory, scheduling, and knowledgeable in food safety and hygiene regulations.
