Qualifications

• Min. 2 years’ hands-on experience in residential handyman work.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Ability to read manuals and draw interpretations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of properties and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Install new fixtures or appliances when required.
• Repair or replace damaged items such as doors, windows, or furniture.
• Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of all work completed.
