Job summary

PPOAR in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Handyman to perform maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties. You will ensure buildings are well maintained and safe, handling a variety of trades.

This full-time role requires proven handyman experience, strong practical skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and HVAC, and the ability to troubleshoot, communicate clearly with managers and tenants, and work independently.

As a Handyman in Dubai, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties. Your main goal will be to ensure that all properties are properly maintained and in good working condition. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with free visa and ticket.

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs.
• Inspect properties to identify any issues or potential problems.
• Respond promptly to tenants' requests for repairs or maintenance services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and HVAC repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous experience working in Dubai.
• Knowledge of safety protocols when performing maintenance tasks.
• Basic understanding of Arabic language.
