A luxury retail company is seeking an experienced Regional Distribution Centre Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the setup and daily operations of a new distribution centre in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in warehousing management, particularly in the luxury retail sector, and will manage 3PL providers while ensuring stock accuracy and efficiency improvements. Proficiency in WMS is essential, along with strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years working experience in warehousing management, ideally in luxury retail.
• Experience in project management.
• Able to work under multi-tasking environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup of Regional Distribution Centre in Dubai.
• Monitor and measure the performance of the 3PL service providers.
• Responsible for stock accuracy including stock control and cycle count organization.
