Job summary

T W R REAL ESTATE LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced, motivated Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of UAE real estate experience, strong sales and negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties.

You will generate leads, conduct property viewings, advise on market trends, close transactions, and build lasting relationships with clients using our CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, or other regional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and build a strong portfolio of buyers and sellers.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market trends and property values.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close real estate transactions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
• Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market, new developments, and regulatory changes; maintain accurate client records and sales activities using the company CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to maximize business opportunities.
