Job summary

Asico in Dubai seeks a driven Leasing Consultant to manage company PM properties and secondary market units. You will handle company-provided leads, conduct viewings, close leasing and sales, and maintain occupancy with full administrative support.

Key requirements include 1+ year in real estate leasing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of Dubai's market. A UAE driving license is preferred and success comes with a 50/50 commission structure and active CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate leasing or sales is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market preferred.
• UAE driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease company PM and secondary market properties.
• Handle company-provided leads and follow up daily.
• Coordinate viewings, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain high occupancy with admin support.
• Update CRM with leads, viewings, and progress.
• Provide regular activity updates to management.
