3S Real Estate Brokers in Dubai is seeking experienced Real Estate Brokers to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for property, listing and marketing skills, and a knack for negotiating, we want to hear from you.

We offer flexible hours, high-quality leads from our marketing efforts, strong back-office support, and visa/medical insurance. A second language (Arabic or Hindi) is a plus, and driving license is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with drive to succeed.
• Experience listing & marketing properties for sale and rent.
• Ability to advise sellers/landlords on market conditions and trends.
• Strong negotiation skills to work with clients and landlords.
• Second language (Arabic or Hindi) is a plus.
• Disciplined, organized, and trustworthy professional.
• UAE driving license and personal vehicle are a bonus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• List and market properties for sale or rent.
• Advise sellers/landlords on current market conditions and pricing.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with clients and landlords.
