Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Real Estate License and have solid knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and practices.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and listing properties across residential and commercial sectors, including off-plan investments.
• Conducting property viewings and showcasing homes and commercial spaces to clients.
• Guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process from consultation to closing.
• Prospecting and generating leads to maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
• Staying ahead of local market trends to advise clients with confidence.
