You will help clients buy, sell and rent Dubai property, build trust, show the market, and close deals. Commission-only with 50-70% splits paid daily; the top earner last year was US$2.4 million.

Qualifications

• No prior real estate experience required; we train from zero.
• Relocation to Dubai is supported and expected during onboarding.
• Willingness to commit to a commission-based career and build a pipeline.
