Espace Real Estate in Dubai is expanding its residential division and is seeking motivated sales and leasing consultants. You will source and manage clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent, conduct property viewings, and advise on pricing, trends, and investment potential.

You will negotiate sales and tenancy agreements under RERA regulations, prepare offers and tenancy documents, and build relationships with owners, developers, investors, and fellow brokers.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent residential properties.
• Conduct professional property viewings, advising on layouts, amenities, communities, and lifestyle benefits.
• Provide accurate guidance on pricing, market trends, and investment potential.
• Negotiate sales and tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations.
• Prepare and manage offers, contracts and tenancy documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, investors, and fellow brokers.
• Stay informed on new launches, handovers, and secondary market activities.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service to secure repeat business and referrals.
