Job summary

Next Range Real Estate UAE in Dubai is seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent to manage a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and luxury properties from inquiry to closing.

You will conduct property viewings, advise on market conditions and pricing, prepare contracts, and coordinate with landlords, developers, and other stakeholders while building lasting client relationships and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a valid Real Estate License in the UAE and strong knowledge of local Real Estate regulations and practices.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Real Estate skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing transactions.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to deliver responsive, client-focused support and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess Real Property knowledge, including understanding of property valuation, market trends, and investment potential.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus), strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with CRM and listing platforms, a valid UAE driver’s license, and prior experience in Dubai’s real estate market.
