With 3–5 years in Dubai real estate and a track record of AED 1M+ yearly transactions, you’ll excel in negotiations, client relations, and staying compliant with Dubai property laws.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• AED 1M+ in yearly transactions (track record).
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential and/or commercial property sales and leasing in Dubai.
• Handling property transactions of AED 2 million and above.
• Advising investors and end-users with professionalism and market insight.
• Conducting property viewings and leading negotiations confidently.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers.
