Job summary

Viara Properties in Dubai is seeking a Property Consultant to help clients buy, sell, and lease residential and investment properties across Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering professional real estate advisory services and building trust with clients.

You will conduct property viewings, present suitable options, negotiate deals, and prepare documentation, while keeping clients informed of market trends, new launches, and investment opportunities in Dubai.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
Proven experience in real estate sales, consulting, or property advisory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to build relationships with local and international investors.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
RERA certification or willingness to obtain one is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and end users.
Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential clients.
Provide investment advisory based on Dubai real estate market trends.
Negotiate offers and support clients through the transaction process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new project launches and developer inventories.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and real estate procedures.
