Huspy seeks a Property Consultant for Dubai's Secondary Sales Office to drive growth with high-value clients and premier developers. You will guide clients through the home-buying journey, delivering market insights and expanding your portfolio via referrals.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, UAE driving license, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Competitive commissions, visa, license sponsorship, and training are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Highly driven and self-motivated, with the ability to perform well independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Genuine interest in staying current on market trends, new developments, and premium property offerings.
• Proactive approach to networking and generating referrals to grow your client base.
• Team-oriented mindset, leveraging shared expertise and resources to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and leading real estate developers to drive sustainable sales growth.
• Support clients throughout the end-to-end home-buying journey, providing expert guidance to help them identify and secure the right property.
• Proactively monitor market trends, new developments, and property launches to remain commercially informed.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and insight-driven advice using strong market intelligence.
• Expand your client portfolio by leveraging your network and generating referrals from satisfied clients.
• Partner with a high-performing team to consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
