Job summary

Daytona Properties in Dubai is seeking ambitious real estate sales professionals to source, qualify, and close deals in off-plan and secondary markets. You will conduct property viewings, present to clients, and build lasting relationships with investors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales (off-plan, secondary and/or rentals).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Freshers with exceptional sales skills and willingness to learn can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and qualify leads for off-plan and secondary market sales.
• Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closing.
• Conduct property viewings, client presentations, and project briefings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
• Stay up to date on the Dubai real estate market, trends, pricing, and legal regulations.
• Promote and get exclusive projects for Daytona Properties.
• Utilize the company CRM effectively to manage and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Admin, and Management for seamless transaction support.
• Attend internal training, coaching sessions, and market briefings.
• Represent Daytona Properties professionally at networking events and client meetings.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
