Job summary

Harakter Invest seeks a Project Manager (Russian Speaker) in Dubai to oversee end-to-end project execution on-site. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders, communicating with suppliers and clients, and aligning logistics to ensure timely delivery in both Russian and English.

The role requires strong PM skills, expediting and inspection capabilities, and a background in construction, industrial, or investment projects, preferably international, with on-site work in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Expediting skills to follow up on orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Inspection skills to coordinate and review quality checks and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Logistics management to organize transportation, warehousing, and material flow for project activities.
• Fluency in Russian and strong proficiency in English, with clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in project-driven environments such as construction, industrial, or investment projects, ideally international.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks on-site in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, logistics, or related field; proficiency in standard PM and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinating timelines, resources and stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers and clients, align logistics and expediting activities.
• Resolve issues that affect schedules and ensure compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, supervise inspections as needed, and support continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
