Job summary

A prominent software solutions provider in Dubai seeks a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centric experiences. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end UX processes using Figma, developing designs that enhance usability while adhering to a robust design system. Strong expertise in user research and a compelling portfolio featuring impactful products are required, alongside a collaborative approach with PM and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing shipped products with measurable impact.
• Expert in Figma (autolayout, variants, interactive components, prototyping).
• Strong information architecture, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Experience producing dev-ready specs, redlines, and assets.
• Comfort with user research methods (interviews, task analysis, surveys).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UX: discovery, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and clickable prototypes in Figma.
• Turn feature roadmaps into design plans; facilitate design reviews and async handoffs.
• Run quick usability tests, heuristic reviews, and incorporate findings into iterations.
• Maintain lightweight design system (components, tokens) and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Partner with PM/Engineering to scope MVPs and de-risk complexity early.
