50%–70% commission structure, fresh daily leads and full marketing support, telesales and content assistance, company phone and SIM card, UAE visa and health insurance, ongoing training, and career growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year real estate sales experience, with Dubai off-plan experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Dubai developers, new project launches and payment plans.
- Proven ability to convert leads and close property transactions.
- Strong sales, negotiation and client relationship skills.
- European language skills preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- 50%–70% commission structure.
