Qualifikationen

• Experience in holiday homes or scattered/multi-location operations.
• Strong operations coordination experience in hospitality or facilities management.
• Excellent organization, follow-up and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cleaners and client schedules.
• Comfortable with invoices, quotations and basic admin tasks.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily cleaning schedules across holiday homes and client properties throughout Dubai.
• Allocate cleaners based on location, check-in/check-out requirements, workload and priorities.
• Manage last-minute bookings, cancellations, extensions and schedule changes.
• Coordinate staff days off, sick leave, absences and replacements.
• Source and coordinate part-time or outsourced cleaners when additional manpower is required.
• Ensure cleaners receive accurate property information, timings, access instructions and special requirements.
• Track jobs and follow up until completion.
• Maintain records of operational changes and staff movements.
• Work with the existing Operations Coordinator, Supervisor and management for seamless daily operations.
• Handle client communications and escalate issues when needed.
• Prepare and issue invoices and Statements of Account (SOAs).
• Maintain invoicing records and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare quotations and organize client contracts.
